With the current state of affairs, one may wonder what the future of the Internet will be like. Internet 2 is an emerging technology with limited use and more security. Its use is restricted to universities, government institutions, and others of the sort. The main thing here is that it is not for the PUBLIC. This in itself isn't a bad thing, but when hearing about the new plans the government has one has to wonder: Will we have the Internet for as long as we need it? I sure hope so. I dunno about you, but the Internet has become something of enormous value to me. It is fast becoming our final true freedom while the others continue to be eroded away. It is where I get most of my news as I don't trust mainstream media anymore. Actually I spend most of my time on the Internet.

As a lot of us know, America is heading down the path of dictatorship. Shutting down the Internet (I never fathomed this happening) in the event of a "terrorist" internet attack would be one of the last steps in not only confirming to us that we are heading near the age of 1984, but that the "elite" are fully planning this.

Now this makes me wonder about a few things. People in power in the government are saying that there WILL be a "terrorist" attack by the time election time comes. At first I thought this would be a physical attack and even read a theory that it may happen in California. After reading these articles I think it could possibly be a cyber attack. If all of this really does take place you can be sure that soon I and hopefully many many others TAKE ACTION.
